After a stay in the hospital, we can help seniors get back on their feet and doing the things they love with nursing care, therapy and rehabilitation. We offer a full program of therapy and rehab services, eligible to be paid by Medicare, to help restore mobility and function after a surgery or hospital stay.

For over 30 years I had lived in historic St. Augustine. At the age of 81 I decided I was tired of calling people to take care of my Marsh Creek home. Accordingly, I started visiting independent living through health care communities in northeast Florida. Finally I selected Westminster-St. Augustine because I found an apartment I loved with a view of a picturesque lake and a beautiful courtyard outside my door. And, it was only a 20 minute drive to St. Augustine but we are far enough from the ocean that we have not had to evacuate! Kindness and caring from both residents and staff have enabled me to be happy and comfortable here for over two years. Perfect W-SA is not —-but Excellent, Yes.

First, this is my unbiased, unpaid, personal review of the Westminster St. Augustine ALF and SNF. I am NOT an employee of Westminster St. Augustine. I am an outside agency Nurse and pick up shifts at this facility as often as I can because I really like working here! It’s one of the best run facilities I’ve had the pleasure of working at. The facility is bright and open and all the staff I have had the privilege of meeting and working with have been fabulous and beyond helpful when I’ve had a question or needed help. From my own experiences working at several different facilities throughout Duval and St John’s counties, Westminster St. Aug is at the very top of my list.

Not only is Westminster St. Augustine a beautiful place, but it also has some of the nicest people living and working there! The Executive Chef prepares delicious meals, and the Lifestyle programs are enjoyable. My experience at the Health Center has been very good, with compassionate staff who provide high quality care. I would recommend Westminster St. Augustine to anyone!
