After a stay in the hospital, we can help seniors get back on their feet and doing the things they love with nursing care, therapy and rehabilitation. We offer a full program of therapy and rehab services, eligible to be paid by Medicare, to help restore mobility and function after a surgery or hospital stay.

My Mother has been a resident of this community for close to 3 months. She was living in the Ilex memory care unit. Unfortunately she contracted Covid in the Ilex unit and was admitted to Baptist South. She stayed at Baptist South for 13 days and thankfully Westminster was able to bring her back to their Rapid Recovery unit. There have been a few obstacles but all in all the folks at Westminster Woods have provided excellent care. The Rapid Recovery unit has been very helpful thus far to help Mom to get back to her Home at the Ilex building. Westminster has definitely put a lot of new policies in place to prevent the further spread of Covid within their community during this recent resurgence. I am very thankful that they have been able to help us keep Mom safe during these challenging times. Westminster staff truly cares about thier residents. For that we are very thankful.

I've had several friends that needed to put their moms & dads in an assisted living type place and after looking around found that Westminister Woods really offered them the best option. I have been there several times to help family members of friends and my kids have helped out volunteering there too. The staff has always been very nice. It's located right on Julington Creek in just a beautiful setting.

You must have to pass a 'nice' test to work here. I've had experience with other rehab and nursing facilities with other close family members. This is a standout! The entire staff - nursing, administrative, social - is top notch. I recommend Westminster Woods for rehab, total nursing care and assisted living (if you can afford it). If I need any of these services this is the place I hope to go.
